To register and use the pk9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
pk9 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk9 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
To access the full features of pk9, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active pk9 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. pk9 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. pk9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
pk9 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality restricted until verification is complete.
All deposits to your pk9 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. pk9 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pk9 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
pk9 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. pk9 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within sixty (60) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
pk9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed identity verification.
All transactions on pk9 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). pk9 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency. Any funds deposited in a currency other than PHP will be rejected.
pk9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
All bets placed on pk9 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game or market in question.
pk9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or bets that appear to exploit a pricing or software error.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect game outcome, odds display, or payout calculation, pk9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. pk9 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on pk9. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by pk9 at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk9 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the pk9 platform — including but not limited to the pk9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game software, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk9 platform without the prior written consent of pk9.
Any unauthorised use of pk9's intellectual property may result in legal action. The pk9 name and logo are trademarks of pk9 and may not be used without express written permission.
pk9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a pk9 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk9 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the pk9 service. All data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk9 platform, including but not limited to:
pk9's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk9 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.
You may close your pk9 account at any time by contacting pk9 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the date of closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk9 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk9 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
